About Cheryl LaRiccia
Cheryl LaRiccia, Principal Broker/Owner
Why
choose me?
For most people, property is the largest purchase you will ever
make. But property is more than a commodity. It represents goals
achieved, dreams realized, new beginnings, and roots planted.
I know firsthand the kinds of emotion tied up in this decision—whether
you’re investing in a home or a business opportunity. That’s
why I’ll do my best to get to know what’s important
to you before I show you a single property. I ’ll take
my time evaluating each one. And when you think you’ve
found it, I’ll be right there with you every step of
the way—from
negotiations to inspections to closing and everything in between.
What makes me different?
For the past 9-plus years, I have enjoyed the spectacular beauty
of the Oregon Coast as a Yachats resident and entrepreneur. When
I moved here in 1996, I became owner of Ocean Odyssey Vacation Rentals
and gradually increased the number of properties we offered from
10 to 70. Our vacation properties span the Central Oregon Coast.
Selecting and maintaining those properties and talking with our
guests gives me unique insight into the market and the needs and
desires of both sellers and buyers. It also gives me access to thousands
of potential buyers. Becoming a realtor was a natural progression
for me. Now, I am also an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR)
and a Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) in addition to being
the Principal Broker and owner of C’LaRiccia & Associates
Real Estate in Seal Rock, Oregon.
So what’s my story?
Born and raised in Massachusetts, I made my way to Oregon by way
of Texas and California. I studied Organizational Behavior at the
University of San Francisco and worked with troubled youth for 10
years. My heart broke for those kids one too many times and I headed
north. Friends and new opportunities attracted me to Yachats, where
I quickly became a part of the community. I get a great deal of
satisfaction by sharing the beauty of the Coast with our guests,
donating vacation packages for local non-profit fundraisers, and
helping sellers and buyers make decisions that fit.

I love that this home has room
for my big screen TV!
